I really like the sonata chain, but I do always have challenges with booking room using my points online. when I get to the hotel they always try to charge me, but after a short research it's always cleared up. and for some reason my card for the deposit never goes through on hotel in but comes out of my account and if I swipe 3ti es that's 3deposits out of my account and I have to do alot of bank calling to finally get it cleared. rooms are always clean.

This app. definitely need to be greatly improved. Constantly receive An error occured while loadinf your profile. The problem can be fixed by uninstalling the app and reinstall. However the same error will show up again few times later. I can not see the reservation I booked in the app. without knowing my reservation number. It is supposed to be shown on the up coming stay. Difficult to make reservation through the app successuly but having to book via web site.

it doesn't even work. I signed up on a browser and went to sign in to the app and it keeps saying there was a problem signing in. changed my password 3 times even. and it still doesn't with. this app is garbage.
