shocking customer service! AI bot not helpful at all in resolving my issue. I have been waiting for hour and half for my order which has been ready and just sitting for some time and no driver came to pick it up!

Past year there have been random additional fees added every month its absurd, fees just for paying, fees for delivery constantly rising while delivery times are still inconsistent and not at all what is shown, customer service responds hour late, it really just became utter garbage and too expensive, but hey at least there is some clown ai search now :)

They baited me with a 4€ coupon to use this god forsaken app again, and I fell for it as a dummy I am. App introduced new feature delivery/pickup before you choose a restaurant that you cannot see while you finish your order, I never picked up any of my orders and always got them delivered but it changed it to pick up as default. When I try to cancel the order I couldn't do anything because their AI assistant is completely useless. Uninstalled and I will never use it again
