Used the app in Albania. Worked like charm. I am very satisfied with the app. It offers the best plans I could find with significantly lower prices than the standard operators and other eSIM providers like Airalo. The activation of the SIM card was also quite easy and I didn't experience any problems. Definitely would use it again when I travel abroad.

paid for and the installation process was so complicated I couldn't do it. tried to get a refund, even though this is allowed up to 40 days, nothing has been returned. rubbish app, rubbish company rubbish customer service

I bought 8 days unlimited in Albania and find the data very slow and unreliable where a few times hours have passed with no internet, even though i always seem to have network coverage from Vodafone Albania. Avoid this esim in Albania, maybe buy one day to tie you over when you arrive and get a tourist plan directly from Vodafone Albania
