The latest BNI Mobile Banking application can be found on Google Play with a minimum version 3.0.0 and can be accessed by Android with a minimum version 5.0.0 (Lollypop)

For customers who want to use BNI BNI Mobile Banking can visit the nearest branch to register, for the next activation at BNI Mobile Banking application in the following manner:
- User ID input.
- Input Debit Card Number.
- Select Country Location.
- Input OTP Code.
- MPIN input.
- Input Password Transaction.

In addition to visiting the nearest branch, BNI Mobile Banking registration and activation can be done directly through your smartphone after downloading the BNI Mobile Banking application. With the following flow:

1. Registration
Select "Registration" If you agree with the terms and conditions, select "Yes, I Agree" The data entered by the Customer must be the same as the Customer data registered in the BNI system.
Next, create User ID consisting of a combination of letters and numbers (8-12 characters)
Enter the Registration Code (6 digit number) sent to your registered email Nasaah

2. Activation
Select "Enter" Input User ID that you created during registration (consisting of a combination of letters and numbers), Enter No. Your Debit Card, and Select Location Country of residence Enter the Activation Code (6 digit number) sent to the customer's registered mobile number
* make sure your credit is available (Min. Rp 10,000, -) for sending OTP via SMS

Create MPIN which consists of 6 digit numbers, no default PIN (serial and twin numbers) and date of birth are not allowed.
Furthermore, Create a Transaction Password consisting of a combination of letters and numbers (8-12 characters), may not contain elements of the Customer's Name and is the same as the User ID

This app is incredibly frustrating. In 50% of the cases I don't receive the OTPs. But the worst of all is the face detection. Too close, can not detect face, etc. etc. I already tried 20-25 times for four months now. And yes, I'm not wearing glasses, or masks, or whatever. I complained with customer service, but they gave me a standard story.

Suddenly device not compatible anymore. So I do need to buy a new device because of your incompetence??? Update : bought new device, setup/login impossible, need to visit a branch. Really?? Like in the past: no login after update, need to go to a branch. Credit card in ATM, they need police report. Unbelievable, amateurs! Seems bni was just founded to bother people. Got a Mandiri account, everything working well. Bye, bye bni Don't waste your time with this nonsens bank!

Hi Mr. Gerd, sorry for the inconvenience. BNI Mobile is now available in the latest version (v5.16). If you've tried updating it and it says "not compatible," you can use Wonder by BNI for Android 7 and 4GB RAM. Thanks -CX Tacita-

Awful app of an awful bank. It initially looks clean and modern but it's very annoying to use, too many questions and steps for simple things, especially for QRIS, in fact I avoid using QRIS from the BNI app, and I always rely on external wallet for it. Also the bank itself is very frustrating, they keep limiting my money and expenses and I can't make enough transfers, I don't have freedom to manage my money with this bank so I'll change it soon.
