Hubshift is a workforce operations app for Australian NDIS disability support providers and the workers who deliver services day to day.

At a glance, Hubshift helps teams with:
- Shifts and roster context — see upcoming work and the visit information your organisation chooses to surface so staff can prepare appropriately.
- Attendance and visit start/finish — record shift start and end in line with provider rules, including checks your organisation enables for verification and accountability.
- Progress notes and session documentation — capture structured visit notes aligned to the reporting conventions your provider uses (including goal- and outcome-style fields where configured).
- Incidents — guided reporting so important details are recorded consistently and can be reviewed by authorised staff.
- Timesheets and hours — review and track time worked according to your provider’s setup.
- Documents and compliance records — store and manage worker credentials, training, and other documents your organisation requires.
- Onboarding — complete profile details, required documents, and training modules in a guided flow before and during employment.

Hubshift is intended for authenticated users of configured organisations. Features available to you depend on your provider’s configuration and your role.
The app supports serious operational use; it does not replace clinical judgement, medical advice, or your organisation’s own policies and procedures.
