used to work great but new update has caused it to not work at all. everytime I open the app it says failed to resolve host. considering I paid for a year of add free service this is very frustrating. I can't even open to attempt to contact customer service.

fix whatever happened during the update.. I went to open it and said some kind of error and closes . I am upset I used to really like it paid a year not can get into it at all.. need to fix or I cancel and delete permanently

cant open... throws a retry error code everytime...used to luv this app...paid a full year and cant even watch now...cant even contact no one to resolve this...this is unfair and were being ripped off...is there a new app to go to or what...plz fix or im canceling my subscription...😡😡
