About this app

Quiet the noise. Beat anxiety and stop overthinking with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (cbt) you can use anywhere.
CBT for anxiety & overthinking blends cognitive tools, behavioral skills, a Mood Tracker, and mindfulness practices so you can think clearer and feel real relief.

What you’ll do

CBT, step by step — Reframe thoughts, run the “Then-What” chain, try Mental Court, and break the loop before it grows. Built around CBT for Anxiety & Overthinking methods for practical Relief.
Quick calm tools — Grounding (5-4-3-2-1), box/4-7-8/paced breathing, body scan, and mindful pauses for fast stress relief.
Mood & anxiety tracking — Daily check-ins, triggers, simple Mood Tracker charts. See which habits actually reduce stress and bring Relief.
Smart journal prompts — Brain dump, “be the friend,” evidence logs. Process thoughts without spiraling; keep progress in your journal.
Mindfulness routines — Short mindfulness sessions and mindful breathing to steady attention when the loop starts. Mindfulness helps you notice and let go.

Why it works
Cognitive patterns drive emotions and actions; behavioral practice rewires response. Evidence-based therapy helps you challenge unhelpful beliefs and build calmer habits. Designed with therapist-informed structure so you get the benefits of therapy even when a therapist isn’t available. Clear, practical steps you can use between sessions or without a therapist.

Designed for
Students, professionals, parents, night worriers — anyone managing CBT for Anxiety & Overthinking issues like rumination, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, and decision paralysis.

Take a breath, open the app, and start a 3-minute exercise. Cognitive clarity + behavioral follow-through = lasting Relief.

I had to replace my tablet and cannot use the CBT program on my phone despite having paid over $100 for it less than a month ago. I want my money back!

I’ve been trying CBT on my own for a while, mostly with journaling, but recently I found an app called CBT for Overthinking & Anxiety. What I liked is that instead of just being a diary, it actually guides you step by step through short exercises to reframe thoughts. Felt way more structured and helpful for me personally.

I paid for subscription. It worked for about a month and now it no longer works. And won't let me log in. I've uninstalled reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstall, and nothing they took my money and can't even use the app.
