Suzuki Ride Connect allows you to connect your smartphone with Suzuki 2-Wheeler's Connected Digital Console using Bluetooth® Wireless Technology.

Suzuki Ride Connect has the following features:

Very glitchy app. The navigation function gets stuck every 2 minutes and you have to refresh it. No need to pay extra for ride connect edition. Call notification also does not work sometimes. If you are purchasing ride connect models for navigation function, don't. It is not usable due to this app. Moreover, odometer and trip reading sync also does not work smoothly. Useless app which has reduced usability of otherwise very good functions.

This is a well sorted app. The basics function really good. It seamlessly connects with the motorcycle and navigation option also works great with both on dashboard turn-by-turn display and in-ear voice instructions. One thing that can be improved is the Last Parked Location feature. Currently, the last parked location is shown as the point where the app got connected to the bike. Ideally, it should be the location where the bike last got disconnected from the bike.

Hi Suzuki Team, I am using the Suzuki Connect app, but I am facing regular connectivity issues. ❌ The app is not connecting automatically. Every time I start the vehicle, I need to reconnect / pair again manually. Sometimes the app is not working at all, and I have to close and open it 2 or 3 times to make it work. Also, Auto Save Location is not updating properly. It is not saving more than 3 locations, and sometimes it does not save at all.✅ Kindly improve the mobile-to-vehicle connectivity
