The application has several issues that hinder its usability. It frequently freezes after each job, and there are numerous bugs. Occasionally, it signs off by itself, and there are significant map issues. These problems make it challenging to work with the app effectively. Until the app is restarted after each job, it is not feasible to continue using it. I am dissatisfied with the current state of the application.

This app is more or less useless these days. I'm not surprised more and more irish drivers are veering towards über etc with their fully functioning apps and their more attractive commission. Its a pain to have to keep logging out of the app to get the app to display my location. The app is that messed up I suspect it's been designed that way as a result of the punitive new apartheid system now employed by Freenow for those who wish to display free vehicle advertising and those who don't.

Re-center button still doesn't work, same with the compass button. If I decline or miss a request, the route to the pickup stays on the map until the next request. Pre-booking: A normal customer cant change the destination even 5 hours before the pre-booked route because ...The driver has a pre book.... 2. I m 5 mins away from the pre-booked customer but I have to start 19mins earlier. The app knows where I am.doesent it ? 19mins before the booked customer I have to start the navi or cancel
