Ratings and reviews

The login and some transactions are slow: At login, the opay icon pulses 96 times - this takes about 1.5 mins. Others like validation of transfer takes about 1 min. I've updated the app, even reinstalled, all to no avail. This happens not only in a single location. I've cross states, at different places in capital cities, it's the same. I always have 10s of GB. So it's not data problem. I've called customer care 3x, no solution has come from them

Never once given me a problem. They are very competent in this company. One thing you should fix though is the exclusive data and airtime plans that show at 8:30. It usually doesn't update fast enough to show that everything has been bought. I've tried several times only a few seconds late to buy while it is showing available and I get nothing.

O pay used to be the best online banking app, until this latest app update, that introduced the facial recognition section before you make a transfer. The thing is not functioning effectively at all, most times you place your face at center of the circle as demanded, but the capturing will not be successful, and then you start trying over and over again, just because you want to transfer your own money to a bank account. This doesn't make sense at all.
