When something nearby actually matters, you get a push notification. Area Risk Reports with local customs
and norms are generated whenever you need them and always take into account regional context, recent events, and historical facts. GT Scout makes it easy to know before you go and stay aware while you're there.

• Region-filtered news feed. The same situational picture your security team is looking at, refreshed continuously, vetted sources only.
• Optional safety beacon. Three precision modes - high, balanced, low - let you share your live location with your security team. Off by default. You opt in. You change it in three taps.
• One-tap emergency contact. Designate one trusted person; trigger manually if you ever need it.
• Designed to pair with our security operations and duty of care platform. If your organization runs our Aegis/SCOUT map, your security team sees you on their map exactly as you see yourself on yours.

PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN
• Location is off until you turn it on. Off, low, balanced, or high - you decide, and you can change it any time.
• No advertising SDKs. No data sold or shared with third parties. No cross-app or cross-site tracking.
• All traffic encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Push notifications go through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Firebase App Check verifies every request originates from a real installation of GT SCOUT, not a script.
• Delete your account and erase your server-side data from a single screen.

What’s new

Groups for everyone:
• Groups now work in every operating mode. If you're in a group, the Message
Group button appears on your map — you no longer need to be in Pro mode to see it.
• Create a group or join one with a unique invite code from the Settings menu.
Fixes:
• Subscriptions now link reliably to your account. If you subscribed before
signing in, your purchase is applied to your account correctly.
• Clearer messaging on the subscription screen.
