I have been unable to connect to a person by phone or Whatsapp to resolve and get new cell phone service activated,no connection even though I have paid for service the last 2 months. I have not been able to walk into the physical facility yet. I have also tried to follow all the steps to activate my new cell phone service through IZZI Movil and I'm directed by message to go to IZZI for assistance. I'm very disappointed 😞

Useless!!! Ever since Izzi "reinvented" the app, it's been useless. I had it before this new version of it and it hasn't worked since. I deleted it because I was sick of never working after that. I just installed it again today thinking it would be fixed by now and it's worse. Now it won't even go pass the logo, it even kinda freezes and it's hard to shut down. Uninstalling it AGAIN. If I could give it 0 ⭐ I would. Force closing and clearing cache does nothing. Samsung A12 - Android 13

Horrible app. Information doesn't load appropriately and it doesn't allow to make payments manually
