I used foodpanda which was canceled and replaced with the Robinhood Food delivery app. I ordered something and paid electronically. The driver couldn't contact the store to get the food and delivery. I tried to contact the app support so I could get a refund. Only contact they have is a Line group and they didn't reply. The next day they replied with useless information and 2 advertisement in that Line group... The app doesn't have any good functionality. It is too incredibly basic & not cheaper

Terrible. As typical in thailand, they make a cup of water difficult for you. No login option, bugs, problems to add your location, to add your international credit card. Uninstalling for never again.

Google maps does not show our address accurately. And the applet does not allow a manual input or to edit the address displayed by Google maps. Very poorly designed. How can one enter a proper address if Google maps isn't correct? I could enter my address in Grab and LineMan. I could also enter it in Foodpanda.
