I did the booking through mobile app and the Payment got debited. But the ticket confirmation was not processed. The status is shown as pending to confirm or refund. But either of the option is not working. I lost my money now, but still no confirmation about the book and the current status is also not available. Cheated and not secured one.

Everytime when I book the ticket, the confirmation never happens. It says don't refresh or press back on the APP!!!! Where is the refresh button in app ffs. And they never confirm the tickets! I have to wait for the confirmation message and then have to kill the app and hope to see the order confirmed in my orders page. Pathetic engineering tbh.

Worst customer service, Worst app ever, Bad payment interface, Full of failures all the time, You may lose your money. Every time payment got failed and the amount debited won't be refunded. Only Paytm payment is available, if any refund is there, it will reflect only in paytm gift voucher, you can't transact back to your bank account. Don't ever try this.
