Ratings and reviews

Recently the app started forcing pop ups for "special offers" inside and OUTSIDE the app and I will be unistalling the app of this doesn't get fixed. You have NO RIGHT to use phone permissions the user granted you for functionality purposes (like recharging) to push pop ups outside the app. Unacceptable behaviour considering the app itself has been improving recently.

Not professional, zero customer service mind set. i have purchased internet data using my credit card online and my bank account has been debited but no data has been received, many calls and personal visits to Ooredoo store also contacted them through the application chat, all what they keep telling me is:'we are still checking'!!!! inadmissible .

Awful experience!! The ads pop up on your screen that you can easily switch ur offer to another, and the worst that everytime you try to make a purchasement via credit card you get informed that its declied, due to what? For no reason...technical issues wherever you go, until you try to reach the customer support service but it works only with wifi/data. Kindly take this review into consediration and fix your bugs.
