Pretty amazing app. My modules never say "done" if I go back to them when in "resume" status. Need to start them over to fully finish but it doesn't bother me. I just wanted to alert the Devs about it. And the music is nice but if there was access to all songs on a list so we could add what we love to our own playlist (with a "repeat all" for unlimited playing) it'd be excellent. I'd also love some Lofi music (YouTube channel called Lofi Girl has the kind I love).

The fact that this is being offered with all features for FREE is incredible. I ended up subscribing just to support them. I have had so much trouble getting into self-care apps because I don't trust the time and energy I'll invest to learn them (not to mention the good ones all cost $$$). This one is well worth the time. They've really thought this through and the experience is clean, friendly, easy, relaxing, and it feels like you're talking to someone else, while talking to yourself as well.

I really like this app it is so amazing and so are all "the mental health friends", they are always here to support you and they reply really fast. As a person who doesn't easily trust others, I feel comfortable talking to them about personal stuff. I also loved the mini-therapy sessions; they are pretty helpful. I highly recommend this app!
