The system instantly identifies all eligible workers and delivers push notifications to their phones. Workers accept or decline with a single tap. The manager reviews all responses and confirms who covers the shift.

If no action is taken within 30 minutes, Truvex automatically assigns the first worker who accepts, so coverage is never left unresolved.
