God this app is unbearable, you're better to use amazon prime or just watch tv... just to catch up on a movie I missed, I had to watch 5 adverts at the start, then there was 3 breaks with 7 adverts in-between! Even youtube doesn't do that and at least youtube ads are short and skippable, I think I lost minutes of my life watching those long boring ads, I get that every free app needs it's ads, but you definitely do not need this many in one sitting. Cut down the amount of ads, you're milking it.

app is not working properly on my fire devices . The live programmes do not open all I get is the circle of doom . I have tried all the checks ,removal amd reinstalls but still not opening . All the recorded programmes open and work fine . Why is the live feeds not opening as they were fine till last week .

The thing that lets this app down and why it loses stars is the issue of syncing between devices. Favourites aren't shared and progress isn't either. If I can watch the programme on another platform - especially if it's a series, I tend to do that rather than watch on stv player. Notice they've said it is on their to do list for ages now, but never happens.
