There are no English options, and many of the screens won't allow a screenshot so that Google Translate can be used. Many providers for e me to use the cloud invoice, but I have no way to check if I have won or to redeem the prize. Yet another useless modern invention forced upon us for no good reason.
The option for an English version of the app has been provided to the operations team for planning and implementation.Users who use a mobile barcode carrier will receive winning invoice notifications automatically via email from the E-Invoice Platform.

I haven't scanned my receipts for a few weeks. Today when I tried to open it up, a message popped up saying, "Unable to establish a connection." When I try to log in again and to get a verification code sent to my phone number, I get the same message, so I can't log in. My internet is working fine. Help!

Functional, although the interface feels somewhat outdated. But what I find asinine is the apparent lack of caching performed by the app, requiring data to be downloaded from the server every time when switching between pages. This not only makes the app feels more sluggish to use, when in an area with a spotty internet connection it can become extremely slow and unreliable, and utterly unusable if you find yourself without internet.
