I haven't scanned my receipts for a few weeks. Today when I tried to open it up, a message popped up saying, "Unable to establish a connection." When I try to log in again and to get a verification code sent to my phone number, I get the same message, so I can't log in. My internet is working fine. Help!

Functional, although the interface feels somewhat outdated. But what I find asinine is the apparent lack of caching performed by the app, requiring data to be downloaded from the server every time when switching between pages. This not only makes the app feels more sluggish to use, when in an area with a spotty internet connection it can become extremely slow and unreliable, and utterly unusable if you find yourself without internet.

I thought it's convenient to use this app to claim the prize. There's alwasy problem with the issuance date. My issuance date is higher number than the given option,but the date options ends at 2024/07/06. July has a 31 days, not only 6. Since my receipt is in the ibon app. I need to go to 711 and print the receipt thru ibon machine so I can claim the prize. So convenient huh. I think it's better to print the receipt every time I buy. Thanks anyway.
