Five major features of Mobile Post Office:
1. Push notifications: Push notifications are very reassuring and provide you with personalized and instant notification messages.
2. Reservation at the location: The service reservation is very convenient. You can draw a number plate and fill out the form online, and there is no need to wait at the counter.
3. Scan code to receive and pay: Scan code to receive and pay is very reliable. You don’t need to remember the account number. Just show the payment code.
4. Quick login: Set up once and easily, use biometrics or graphic password to make transactions more convenient.
5. Cardless withdrawal: Cardless withdrawal is very simple. Your mobile phone can be used as an ATM card and you can withdraw money without a wallet.

Ratings and reviews

This 'app' is so useless it's made mailing packages, what used to be an enjoyable experience in Taiwan, a horrible waste of time, energy, and paper. Also, there is no English in this app, so it takes you to the website that has poor English and doesn't have the complete information to mail a package in English so the mail clerk has to do it for me anyway. I can't tell you haw infuriating this is it makes me think Taiwan will be left in the dust because commerce cannot work well without postage.

Very well done banking APP that supports paying directly with Taiwan pay QR code, now fully in English!! (including phone app notifications). In general, the Post Office Banking Services are great, including customer support in english on the counter and by phone. Highly recommended for ARC/APRC holders and foreigners in general who want to open a bank saving account with optional Visa debit card =)

Just went to the nearest post office and the teller was not nice , she yeld on me when i ask for a binding password. She ask her colleauge to help me use the ATM machine, but after i have change my password, i still can not transfer funds to other bank accounts. I wish there is a more easier way to set up and also an English language for this App to be useful, because normally all user are in English, local Taiwan in Chinese language, seldom use this App. Improve please.
