Terrible UX: impossible to buy the tickets for a new train, everything lags, wait 5 minutes to find out the tickets have been taken... what?? Autopurchase doesn't work either: you guve your requirements and you wait 45 minutes to say "**ck it" and keep trying to do it manually. I was not able to take the train tickets for 3 days in a row!

I can't use this app without a Ukrainian phone number. Many people who want to use Ukrainian Railways might live in another country, and have no access to a phone number with UA country code.

Great and friendly user app. Keep up the good work!

What’s new

We've added all suburban and City Express trains to make your daily trips even smoother.

Select "Suburban" at the top of the home screen and pick your stations to avoid ticket office lines. If you're traveling around the city, select "City Express" and pick Kyiv City Express or Dnipro City Express.

No paper, no hassle: just open your ticket on the screen. The schedule is also one tap away in the app!
