Terrible UX: impossible to buy the tickets for a new train, everything lags, wait 5 minutes to find out the tickets have been taken... what?? Autopurchase doesn't work either: you guve your requirements and you wait 45 minutes to say "**ck it" and keep trying to do it manually. I was not able to take the train tickets for 3 days in a row!

billion dollar company, spent 10 bucks on their app. really glitchy. charges your account but no ticket. good luck fighting to get a refund.

Limited use. Nice interface to use for buying tickets and some English translation to help, but can not manage them properly, which should be the bare minimum for a ticket booking app. You need a different app and a Ukrainian ID to manage some trips. Customer service is unresponsive, so you end up wasting money.
