Regularly (a few times in a month) app just doesn't work, it means you can't do any banking operation that is important for any user. There was a website before, but OTP bank decided to remove it because mobile application appeared. It means mobile app the only remote method to control your money, but sometimes you can't access your money because there is no any backup method to access your money remotely. Support doesn't work as expected. Too many adsand bugs in the app.

I've been waiting for the version in English, as OTP Smart had, but so far nothing. Makes it very difficult to understand what the various options are for someone who is not Ukrainian. Now I can't get in to my accounts at all after logging in as I immediately get a screen that seems to be inviting me to sign up for some new bank card that I can't get past

App was implemented in place of "old" App, which had much better functionality. After every upgrade of the app you must proceed with full verification of your personality. Including last two of your operations with the card. It is a kind of hard task because you don't have access to the app where you can check them and! from 1 of July they decided not to send SMS. Their support is a joke. And a nasty one.They suggested me to go fast to the shop and do two purchases, writing down the exact time.
