Awful. Didn't payout. The app is easy to use, I scanned 37 books in, boxes them up and they were collected by courier the next day. I then didn't receive any payment, I chased several times and was told they had made a payment to me, I only have 1 account and it certainly wasn't in there! After I asked for evidence of the payout they then started to ignore my emails.

Badly designed app. Can't see title properly, no picture or ISBN listed. When scanning the last book stays on the screen instead of letting you scan again. Payment details don't save so you have to type them in again every time. No loyalty bonus. Slow to pay out. Your main competitor does all of these things better. Only positive is they tend to pay more for paperback novels than others.

The thing that drives me nuts on your app and the one for WeBuyBooks is that there is nothing on any of the pages to indicate which company either of you are. I'm sure most of your customers and those for the other lot use both apps in parallel, to check which will give the best price. When I've decided which one to go for I need to put each book in the right pile, and delete it from the other app. But flicking back and forward gets me thoroughly confused! Please put your name on every page!
