First time user. Accepted about 60% of 250 scanned CDs and then advised me a postage label would be emailed to me. Still no sign of this and I've emailed Customer Services 3 times without reply. Don't normally bother reviewing Apps but worth a try to get a response
Don't waste your time! I had 24 items accepted. Was given a date in which a courier was going to pick it up. Waited in all day for the courier. No one showed up. Waste of an annual leave day. Thanks Ziffit.
Absolutely terrible! Kept arranging for collection and the service didn't show up! Customer service is not helpful at all asking you to confirm the same details again and again!
The app seems to have improved alot. I have been using ziffit for a while and the speed with which it scans the barcode is much quicker. My only gripe is that I scanned a load of books which were all accepted, I when off the app for about 5 mins to answer a call and the basket had emptied and 1 book was not accepted the second time I scanned them. I haven't even had a problem with couriers as a few of the recent reviews say. I have always taken the box to a collection point. I hope this is still an option
Great concept, but out of the piles of books I had only a few were accepted. The rest were not wanted. A complete waste of time
Told me that one box set CD was missing when it most certainly wasn't. This happened to be the most valuable item as well. Beware of this outfit, customer service worse than poor as well.
