Mobile Tickets: Purchase mobile tickets securely with a debit/credit card or with Google Pay and show the driver when boarding - no more searching for cash!

Live bus times are never accurate which is my biggest issue, I rely on buses to work and the new app is making it impossible for me to make a plan without having to leave really early. The route planner is so counterintuitive, doesn't allow me to compare routes or even figure out which bus/bus stop each option plans for until I open it. I can't visualise what the routes look like. Even going from the ticket screen to the map screen takes too many steps when it could all appear on the same page

I think they've made some convenient improvements with this new app; I find live times to be more accurate, bus tracker is very useful, and the general layout and features of the app are easy to use once you've had a chance to explore it. My only issue is that I was unable to log in with my existing account, as the confirmation email never came through! I also miss the colour and pictures on the ticket purchase page - I think making it more visual would speed up the purchasing process!

This is a major improvement on the previous B&H Buses app. Still needs some refining to make it easier to navigate. It's got a widget so you can see what's due when at your chosen bus stop which makes life much easier. Update: would be really good if this app also had a section for using bus passes like old people's pass to save carrying a plastic card. Perhaps the bus company and B&H council could get together with the app developer to include this.
