like the concept and love the food. but this has to be the most unintuitive app interface I've ever seen. finding, sharing and adding dishes is a flipping nightmare. you can't just search the menu and add things you like to a basket. if you share a link from something you find, the link doesn't work properly and when it does there's no add button. it's horrible. oh and the search feature is just broken. search for "lamb" and it comes back with loads of unrelated meals.

While I like Gousto, it's not very easy to navigate or find certain features in the app When you try to postpone a box, even if you're not going to be in for the week, you'll be offered loads of different options to keep the order, which is frustratingly persistant. Recently, every time you enter the app, the front page loads broken, so you have to refresh it to see the page properly.

I like the food and app in general but it's let down by the customer service. waiting for an order to arrive and nothing so checked the app. 5 recipes chosen so maybe it's just delayed. nothing arrives. check my texts for delivery details and then my email and found a single email saying sorry there was a problem taking payment so we have skipped your order. no we will try again later or please contact us or a notification from the app or an indication on the app to state this. poor service.
