I have found the content, varied, informative, challenging and thought provoking. Some of the text was too fast for me to read and the text in white was difficult for me to read as I am 65. The visualisations are valuable in allowing the naming and release of emotions and the breath work soothing. Although I felt very emotional I felt supported and safe. Thank you

Hi there Stella, I'm sorry you've had this negative experience. The practices are set up so that you can click through the text screens at your own rate. If you don't mind, please do get in touch with feedback@psyt.co.uk to explain your text colour/visibility issues and we will do our best to help you out!

This feels to be a gentle, really clear and helpful guiding light to work through long held difficulties from two difficult bereavements. It has taken a little while to trust myself to the process that it leads us through, but I do now and find the interactive exercises very helpful spaces to finally face thoughts and feelings I've been avoiding for years. Thank you so much Julia and the team for creating this. I chose the 3 month option, but would recommend the open-ended one where possible.

I would recommend this app. It brings comfort and support through the worst of times. I personally prefer a woman's voice to a man's so some of the tools weren't helpful to me. But it was a surprise that an app would make me and my grief feel cared for and seen.
