Buggy software Usage data is fine but trying to get into the account is full of bugs. I hope Tesco kept their receipt when they paid for this app to be written because the writers are jokers. First attempt to login always fails. Second kinda works but when they ask you to set up a PIN the confirmation screen ALWAYS says the numbers do not match. Use it for your usage data bit if you want to do anything about your tariff or bundles, forget it. Use the website instead or better yet call their great CS team.
Not showing data Its not showing me how much data I have used and this is very important to me! Please fix it asap coz its only showing how many texts and calls ive made but not how much data I have used..... It was working perfectly fine last night and this morning, ive had no update for it and cant understand why this has happened. Please fix this
Really good for keeping an eye on my usage. Only thing I can't get to grips with is that I can't find where my itemised billing is on this app? Had an SMS charge as well and don't even know what an SMS is let alone have a charge for something I haven't used? Other than these two problems I find it very helpful. Well done Tesco!
Not enough information This app does not give enough information on upgrades, add ons or service availability. The app is reluctant to update and is frequently weeks out of date. For something coming from Tesco its a bit of a let down
Good but... This is very good for managing mine and my wife's phone usage, especially data. It would of got 5 * if you could report service faults, ask questions etc, everything in one place.
Fine for one account ONLY. Unfortunately I have two accounts for myself and daughter. I cannot find the method to manage both as I pay for both. Not a thought through product, needs further work. If I go through crome I get more info, So android app is less useful weirdly?
