I'm not a pay monthly member? Have a contract yet the app does not work. It did work now for no reason it's stopped and is telling me I'm not a pay monthly member. No way of checking what I have used not impressed at all tesco I'm still within the cooling off period!!
Could do better A really useful app but falls short in some places. Like others have said I'd like to see what those extra charges are exactly, would also be good to know how much of my safety buffed I've used
Nothing spectacular, but it shows you the current state of your account, and last 3 bills. Good enough.
Good but logging me out This is a nice simple app easy to use and understand but the issue is every time it updates it logs me out of the app.. so I have to register again this is annoying for that reason 3 stars...
Swifty Its been a long while since my initial comments over the lack of details for extra charges yet still this matter has not been addressed. What are your i/t guys up to? This is a fairly simple requirement that should have been addressed a long time ago. It also appears I am not your only CUSTOMER with this complaint. Come on guys and deal with it. Sorry but down to 3 stars and could drop further?
Works on and off If you're trying to keep track of what you've got left from your monthly allowance, then forget it. It sometimes is a such as 20 days behind! Too many times get 'technical problems' message. Disappointing app Extra charges amount shown with no way of seeing what they are for! Useless.
