Whether you’re a pay monthly or pay as you go customer, our new app gives you all the useful features you need, exactly when you need them.
Think of it as your phone’s helpful companion. You can view your bills and usage, top up and manage your bundles, set safety buffers and check out your upgrade options. All of this is available instantly, any time of day or night — so there’s no need to visit our Phone Shops.
Still need additional support? No problem, our friendly customer services team are here to help. We’re available 7am – 11pm every day via secure in-app chat. Even if we’re not online, you can still drop us a message and we’ll respond as soon as we’re back.

Please note: this app is for customers on pay monthly contracts and Pay as you go Essentials. If you’re using one of our older pay as you go tariffs, search for our Rocket Pack and Triple Credit app.

Ratings and reviews

Absolutely useless. You can't do anything you want to in this app. it's impossible to change bundles or upgrade. It won't even let me see how much data has been used on the phones in this account. Mind you, the website isn't much better & the helpline isn't at all helpful. The only way I have ever managed to resolve any issues is to go into the store, which is far from convenient!

Doesn't log in properly and forgets your details each time you launch it, keeps forgetting card details to top up with, keeps prompting for password resets which provide links to 404 errors most of the time. Literally wouldn't use it at all unless it wasn't absolutely necessary for topping up phone- borderline useless and beyond frustrating app.

Like others who have made a comment, I wish Tesco Mobile had left the old Pay As You Go Essentials as it was. It used to be very easy to top up and now it's an ordeal, especially when you have let the bundle expire and spent my top-up balance before I can top up. Not worth all the hassle.
