Think of it as your phone’s helpful companion. You can view your bills and usage, top up and manage your bundles, set safety buffers and check out your upgrade options. All of this is available instantly, any time of day or night — so there’s no need to visit our Phone Shops.
Still need additional support? No problem, our friendly customer services team are here to help. We’re available 7am – 11pm every day via secure in-app chat. Even if we’re not online, you can still drop us a message and we’ll respond as soon as we’re back.

Please note: this app is for customers on pay monthly contracts and Pay as you go Essentials. If you’re using one of our older pay as you go tariffs, search for our Rocket Pack and Triple Credit app.

I have had a pay as you go for years. They changed it and very kindly gave me a "bundle" for £5, loads of data, loads of text, and loads of minutes which I hardly ever use any of. but Every month I end up paying extra into my account because my bundle payment is due and there is not enough I my account. it takes ages to top up as I havevto input all my details every time and it used to be so easy. I will be leaving soon !!!

This is ridiculous. I need to top up, I put in the right details. It declines, I reset my password, the correct details STILL don't work. Every time I have to call them just to get data. It is stressful and annoying. Tesco Mobile really shot themselves in the foot with this one. DON'T 'FIX' WHAT DOES NOT NEED TO BE FIXED. Would not recommend in its current state.

I have been trying to put money on my phone all morning. What a time waster!! Had this phone for few months now. Never had trouble putting money on my previous phone whichever was a really good deal but it wasn't renewed on this one. I am not the only one having trouble, reading txts from others having the same problem. Why change something when it was working perfectly! Frustrated to say the least! Will probably have to change my account. 😫👺
