Not showing data Its not showing me how much data I have used and this is very important to me! Please fix it asap coz its only showing how many texts and calls ive made but not how much data I have used..... It was working perfectly fine last night and this morning, ive had no update for it and cant understand why this has happened. Please fix this
Really good for keeping an eye on my usage. Only thing I can't get to grips with is that I can't find where my itemised billing is on this app? Had an SMS charge as well and don't even know what an SMS is let alone have a charge for something I haven't used? Other than these two problems I find it very helpful. Well done Tesco!
Doesn't do what it promises any more "Manage multiple mobile numbers on the same account" - really? It did when I took out two monthly contracts with Tesco on the original phone numbers but now I've ported the originals from Three I had to uninstall and reinstall the App but on both phones..... one more thing for my technophobe partner to have to do as I can't access both any more (and the link to the Tesco site us an "oops" page, they can't even get that right). Sack the code writers, secondary school kids could probably do better ☺

License to extort money Combined with the pitiful 2g service I get in an industrialised and built up part of north east Wales (close to international transport routes and several dedicated business hubs where internet speeds are lightning fast) the app is slow, unreliable and does not synchronise with my tescomobile account. For three successive months - the first three of a two contract that I cannot renegotiate - I have hit my account limit and incurred charges, this time £27.50 instead of £7.50 that is nasty sharp practice.
Does all that u need to keep track of costs. Five stars well deserved! Update 24-05-16 for those people struggling to find additional numbers to manage multi lines just click in top left & u get the menu option to select each☺ This app is fast & efficient. I also use Vodafone 4G contract on same handset using a dual SIM adapter. The voda apps are multiple & resource hoggers to achieve the same thing on that contract! So, very well done Tesco MB app creators ☺
