Ratings and reviews

I've been using it for over a year and I had absolutely no issues receiving ACH payments or paying my health/travel insurance using its card. Recently added Euro support and I'm considering switching from my German bank (N26), because Avenue has investment options. The investing part needs some work. Avenue is owned by Itaú holdings now, which is one of the most profitable/successful financial institutions in the Americas and the biggest one in Brazil. Overall, I highly recommend it for nomads.

Bugs all the time, i can't login into my account for two days. The chat doesn't work, so i'm not having any support. That token makes an horrible experience on login. They should kill this app. I've been using it for almost a year, but recently things got worser than ever. You should kill this app. Help me.

Everytime that you need use the app, you need to do the login, it is not easy to remember a big password. It should have, like other app, a finger print option to enter. Also when you are doing the login, you are asked to use the token, that is provide from the same app!??. How that's work?
