App works intermittently, I have been a paid user for a little over a year. New issues. When you miss a call the screen no longer alerts you, it just says you have a missed notification but not actually what it is. Then I have to open my email to find the voicemail, if they left one. "Touch" selection is off/non responsive; ie if I try to hit the dial pad the icon darkens like it's being selected but doesn't actually open. You have to hit multiple times and hope it opens.

Glitchy!! For some reason, whenever I do any sort of activity or work in Zoom, it is very glitchy. I'll click on a conversation and it never loads, almost like the app is frozen and very laggy. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time for it to work normally and even when I do, the glitchy/lag issues always resurface. This has only been happening recently (in the past few months) but had been working fine before. Not sure what happened.

Its a good app, but somehow they managed to break it. The app refuses to use my Bluetooth earbuds, making all audio go through my phone speaker, making it impossible to be in a meeting when there is family around. It's the most frustrating issue I have seen in any app, breaking one of the most important features may be the reason I switch to Google meet.
