I love Zoom, but this app is the least stable app on my phone. If I make it all the way to the end of a meeting without Zoom crashing *at least* once, it's a good day! Sometimes when it crashes, there's a pop-up that vanishes in ~½ second that says something about "exited unexpectedly," but it's gone before I can see the rest of what it says. My phone is a Google Pixel 8, with the latest Android updates applied.

It works well on my tablet. It was also working well on my phone. But after I was asked to sign back in, that's where the issue started. I will put all my information (email & password...) and then it will say "Click 'Launch Zoom" button, and I will do so, but it keeps loading and I never get pass that point! In other words, I'm currently unable to sign in on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared cache, try using other accounts- it's still the same!

My team & I have had several meetings per week and minimal issues. The audio and visual connections have been seamless. It's technology so the occasional glitch is to be expected. The only error that seems to be recurring is when screen sharing occurs and certain video files are played. Thus 4 stars. But, even comparatively to other platforms, we're satisfied.

What’s new

 • Meetings are simpler. Five main controls are always visible with the rest tucked into a new More menu. Adding people, raising your hand, and summoning AI Companion is faster and easier.
• Finding things got easier. Tap the new search icon on any tab to find messages, contacts, files, docs, and whiteboards.
• Tablets got a refresh. Tab navigation has been updated and is customizable. Profile and settings are in one place.
