Uzum Bank has joined the Uzum group of companies. The application changed its branded orange to purple gradient, and several new services became available to digital bank users at once.

Editing my previous review for Apelsin! Since you converted Apelsin into Uzum Pay, everything went upside down. I can't pay for my WiFi, neither sms-information is working even though it is connected. Bugs and errors everywhere. You must work on bettering the existing services instead of adding new and new ones making both a failure

Customer support is the worst. They are not willing to help you. All they can do is to ask to send screenshot of error message. Money is stuck for more than a month. Apelsin was way better. Now it is the worst app ever. Do not use their services.

The app doesn't work properly. When I transfer sufficient amount of money what I wrote in input, the app says "insufficient funds". But there was no problem with money at that time. 2nd thing is when I charge my phone number via app, it again says "insufficient funds". Honestly, in the beginning, it seems like comfortable to work transfers in the app, but now another situation occured. I wish I hope theese bugs will fix in the recent future.
