Overall my experience with the app has been good. My main complaint is that if multiple items in order ship separately, the app does not update the shipping status of both items. Multiple times I have had orders that say they were delivered and they weren't. When I reach out to customer service, they can see the actual order hasn't been delivered. It's just frustrating having to take that extra step to find out where my order is. *Currently dealing with this - AGAIN! *

The app doesn't let you fix any auto shipment when you stop it. The app re ships anyway if you stopped it before the date it comes up and says you didn't. Then, it doesn't want to give your money back, which gives it only gives options to keep shipping, not to stop it. If you get lucky enough to stop it, it wants you to take your money back as reward bucks on the app.Your points take forever to load, and it glitches non-stop. Buy online and pick up,don't auto ship or in-store. cost more

Multiple errors on website, app, and login. I wrote the company with screenshots, if they care to improve. I'm a long-time customer but it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to do a simple reorder and to send them an email telling them to please fix their website and app. Even the customer service email address link was dead. Such a time waste. This is my first review ever of an app. Which is not a good trophy for them.
