Several times now, Way has changed our reserved parking to an "Upgrade" that is NOT an upgrade, to a location further away from the airport, with shuttle every hour instead of every half hour. They have done this a couple times when we have secured a good rate at one of the hotels near the airport. This is not good for their reputation. We are now reconsidering other options, such as taking an Uber rather than parking some place just to be moved to another place.

BEWARE: I have used this app for years and have always had a decent experience. Today, I showed up for the parking I had booked and the parking operator said they didn’t have any space and that they had told Way to take them off of their platform. Way was AWFUL with after the fact service. First of all, they have ZERO contact info in the app (check your email receipt for it), and they make it VERY difficult to get a refund, using just copy/paste responses. Check Google reviews before you book.

I would give it a zero if I could. Becareful those prices might jump up double, if you park a few minutes early or even leave early they might screw you depending on the parking lot. Initially, I got the reservation for $110 and some change for my trip I ended paying like it seemed a little bit more per adjustment, which makes sense if you have an extra hour or two which makes sense. So I left and ended up paying a second charge of $152, a second charge. Be cautious of this, I got misled.
