I would give it a zero if I could. Becareful those prices might jump up double, if you park a few minutes early or even leave early they might screw you depending on the parking lot. Initially, I got the reservation for $110 and some change for my trip I ended paying like it seemed a little bit more per adjustment, which makes sense if you have an extra hour or two which makes sense. So I left and ended up paying a second charge of $152, a second charge. Be cautious of this, I got misled.

They sell you parking you cannot find (maybe a another solar system). They say there is free shuttle; there is none - a major inconvenience if Uber/Lift is very far from luggage pickup. Forget calling them if you have trouble finding the parking lot, they tell you to email them, huh?? Then you miss your flight, have pay to rebook, pay for more parking and they won't even consider giving you a refund. Very sleezy dishonest people. Not worth the headache. No need to use a park app anyway!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Their app throws an error, I call their phone line, they say they can't do anything and I have to call the parking lot. Call the parking lot, tell me that Way handles everything including booking and billing, they don't have access to any of that. The way app tells me I'll get a refund for missed days, their support tells me the app is outdated and they no longer offer refunds. Just completely garbage top to bottom.
