I downloaded the app yesterday, and it's good so far. Due to financial issues, I can't exactly follow the diet, though, so I wish there was more variety to select from. It reminds me to eat multiple times a day, which is good, bc usually I only eat like twice a day and not much. So it's 4 starts for me so far! I might change the rating once I've tried this app a little longer

Giving it 3 starts bcs it atleast made me productive. Although I did the workouts for 30 days and not even a single gram was gained. Along with that the workouts are pretty repetitive so it gets boring. (edit) it's been a year and I decided to come back and give it another try, but the meal plan now is being charged..so you have to pay to see the same meal list for most days too. don't recommend.

its a good app but if there monthly levels it would have been great which when you finished the first month unlock the second month , also if the diet plan was free it would be helpfull.
