App is simple, user-friendly and really helpful! Especially when you want to track your fasting period and eating period. App is intuitive and smart. Don’t look for anything else. It also has some tips for beginners. I want to go Premium but no budget. Maybe next time. Then I can give a more comprehensive review regarding the Premium subscription too. All in all, this is worth installing. Good job to the developers of this app and keep it up!

Before having this app I always mentally tracked how much time I had left in my fasting window. Not that that was difficult but using the app makes it so much easier. Does what it says it does and well. I really like it and I feel it's helped me stay on track. I really like this app. I feel so supported. If you do intermittent fasting, this is a must have app. Seriously a game changer!

But this app is great! I’ve been dabbling in fasting for a while and found this app really helps to keep me motivated. My favorite part of the app is that it shows you based on your time fasting what your body is doing, and does so on a timeline basis. So you can see what it’s been through, where you are now, and if you keep fasting longer then THIS is what’s going to happen. Super motivating, give it a shot!
