Does a great job of monitoring my sleep. I like all the nice graphics and information that they app provides and seems to be quite accurate. I love the data I get that tells me how horrible I am at keeping a decent sleep schedule. It also records my sleep sounds, which was interesting to listening to. To make improvements you have to measure and Sleep Tracker certainly does that well. I would like a good user manual, though. I’m not always sure what the different colors mean.

This sleep tracker app has a few different readings that allow you to choose based on how you feel you slept. Meaning that it tries to get to know you and how you feel personally and uses that input to really provide accurate sleeping insights. I’ve been using for 6+ months and I agree with the data about 90% of the time - much better than some of the other apps I’ve tried. Finally, I've found a very good sleep app that provides an even better experience and is well worth the purchase.

Great sleep app! Though there’s a lot in the actual app, once you get used to it and find yourself around the data and stats/facts are insane and cool. A lot of things, but totally worth once you settle in. This does help me learn more about my sleep and how to sleep better, would def recommend it. I wish the will be different settings, allow you to customize it to your sleeping habits and needs. Thank you for making such a good app!
