GrowPak - e Loan Manager (a product of Growtech Services) is to provide a digital platform that enables Financial institutes and applicants to process loans quickly and to easily apply, access and manage loans that are tailored to particular sector’s unique needs. Most importantly, it has flexibility for underserved agriculture sector as well due to introduction of new unique credit scoring model to assess and avoid risks currently being faced due to unavailability of formal financial footprint

Very bad experience with this app. There is no proper option to delete account or remove personal data. Customer support and contact us section are not working properly. Users upload sensitive information like CNIC and personal details, but there is no easy privacy control. The app should improve security, transparency, and customer support. Not recommended until these issues are fixed.

The app requires everything (too much personal details) which can be used by hackers like mother name (which is often required by banks) and thumb scan. It clearly states that the app can be used to hack the bank accounts of the applicant. Not a good vibe while filling the membership form.

Totally waste of time. after giving every detail loan application is still pending without any reason. and no customer support number and G mail is provided for contact.
