The app is very convenient and it allows me to pay easily, but there is a bug where clicking on the notification that payment has been reserved cancels my order, after I have already paid for it. This has happened about 4-5 times and usually the money is refunded quickly, but it is very frustrating. I hope it can be fixed.

Whether it was a buggy app update or the algorithms going wrong, I had to disable all notifications on my phone for the Be app. I've been getting up to 6 completely unnecessary notifications a day for services I don't even use. It's already frustrating enough to dodge 2–3 random pop-ups just to order a single ride, but these constant notifications are the last straw. Do better!

The rate changes so frequently now, it goes up every 5 minutes. I used to prefer Be over other plaform because it allowed me to stack up my loyalty point and it showed they have preferential benefits for frequent user But then they silently removed the feature without any proper announcement to the users (who read the notice on your website???). May seem like a small point but it shows how they choose to handle changes and interact with customer: a bit underhanded, no?
