Too many notifications. Food delivery is more expensive than the competitor. Only Vietnamese language. Not enough drivers, sometimes have to wait and cannot cancel.

Useful app but it needs a major update on the map because most the time it gives wrong roads and wrong address, and that's cost money and time

Their app got bugs, the screen showed me they were having errors and asked me to try again later. I booked another app and got the driver. Later on, Be driver called me and scolded me why I was not at the pick-up point. I must explain to the Be driver that I couldn't book Be, there was a bug, it was settled there. But after that, Be blocked my account. That's fine, I'm giving you 1-star rating now and never see you again.
