I downloaded this to watch Pakistan Idol but the experience is horrible. Video buffers after every few seconds. Imagine trying to listen to a song and video gets stuck after every moments and buffers. Pathetic! It's not the internet connection. Even if I wait for it to buffer it still gets stuck and if you go back a couple of seconds it buffers even more. What even?!

I really want to support this service as I feel like they're trying however there are certain issues. 1. It's too slow as compared to other apps. 2. The pricing is expensive in comparison to other streaming apps even international ones like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and HBO Max. 3. There isn't a lot of content. I read in an article that they have signed a deal with NBCU but there isn't much content from there with shows like The Office, Parenthood, Chicago, Law and Order, Ted etc missing.

signed up for paid subscription to watch Pakistan Idol only but NO new episodes for last 2 weeks. thinking of canceling subscription 🤔 😢. addendum: new episodes available now. but I could not access from old account. had to create new account w different email and now working well
