The main point of a shopping app is shopping. Where is the search bar to type in a product name. Finding it is difficult, and it doesn't accept input well. Secondly, where is the cart for checkout? Both should be easily accessible from the home screen. Have to keep logging in. Adding a card is a pain. Incredibly slow. Buggy. I deleted the app.

Extremely frustrating using this app. EVERY TIME I try and log on, it asks me to change my password to keep me secure. I have not once used my original password to log in. The app then proceeds to lock me out for 15 minutes due to too many log in attempts. I FINALLY log into the app with my account to find that my clicks card has been blocked... I have gone in store to query this and the Clicks staff have had no issues with using my Clicks club card. Too many bugs, app deleted.

It's okay, but using the website is so much smoother and quicker than the app as it takes time to load (like when adding an item to favourites). Unfortunately, I'm unable to view all my favourites and it stays the same when I want to view the lowest to highest prices. It would be great to be notified before checkout when an item is sold out, instead of proceeding to checkout and half the items have disappeared and the amount has changed. The experience could be so much better.
