Ratings and reviews

The new UI that comes with the rebrand is really nice, however, for some reason, I don't receive app notifications for any transaction made when I'm not in the app (yet I get notifs for their promo alerts). Push messages are on but I still basically have to go to my transaction history to see where my money went, & that means if someone were to use my card without my knowledge, I wouldn't know until it's too late. Please can your developer correct this. My phone uses Oppo's OS, if that helps.

The app is now bad. It just is a downgrade from the older one which is annoying since we were forced to leave the older one. The older one you could tell how much you have left after transactions without printing a bank statement. The Goalsaves balances were on your dashboard whereas now you have to press the button. I know I'm pendantic but the point of a new app shouldn't be to downgrade the experience. So many notifications too, even though you've turned off the marketing ones. Makes no sense

The app & the rebrand from Tymebank is definitely an upgrade, with so much exciting benefits, I love the free instant payments. I love that there's a chat facility, which is way quicker than email comms. The old app had payments history where you could see previous payments made to beneficiaries. My honest opinion, the menu icons should be a different color to the background, there's too much grey. With my previous bank I could update my withdrawal limits. Please add this option.
