The app, live chat, and even phone calls dont work. I have been put on hold for over an hour numerous times and am still currently on hold for close to 3 hours. yet no one helps me. made moving request over a month ago and still have no wifi. atleast allow me to cancel my contract then I can go to another service provider. but even that, my emails and calls get ignored.

My experience with MWEB has been extremely frustrating. Trying to get assistance with an account query takes far too long, with excessive wait times and little feedback. There is no urgency when dealing with existing customers. However, calls to the sales line are answered almost immediately. The pricing advertised online also does not match what is actually quoted or billed. This lack of transparency is misleading and unacceptable. I will be escalating this further.

When I first got their Fibre it was fantastic. here and there there were minor hiccups sure, but nothing too crazy. But lately I am extremely unhappy with them. almost every night there seems to be an issue, I keep getting dips in my download speeds and huge spikes in latency, meaning I can't go online with friends. it's particularly bad on weekend it seems, almost every weekend I get messages saying that there's an issue regarding my fibre. tried getting help on their app, but to no avail.

To improve performance, try restarting your router, using a wired connection for gaming, placing the router centrally, limiting background usage, and testing speeds directly on the line.
