Terrible user experience. When using the live chat feature, why aren't there push notifications to let me know when someone is finally available to help me? Instead, I need to keep my phone open and monitor it, like a phone call. Why do I get sent to different agents, and they do not have the context of my enquiry, and I have to repeat myself every time? Why do I need to confirm my details every time, even though I'm sending messages with your app (which I need to log into using my credentials!)

I have been trying to contact you for the past 5 days ,, no reply on the Technical assistance, and when tyou say that you will send a pin ,, none arrives ,, I have tried 18times to chat on the chat line. you atre a frustrationg company to dea;l with ,, but I suppose no one will even look at this message

Hi all The 1st service was poor. Nobody can do anything; they just transfer you to another department over and over. wastes 300 rand of airtime even when 1ste in line it took 25 min before that person answered. 2de Thing: how long does it take to upgrade the line speed? It's not like you installing a new router or line as I already have them. to move one nod and vlan really that is 2hour job at max. 3de Turn around for service is horrible 1st i was told it takes 24hours next day that i phon
