When I first got their Fibre it was fantastic. here and there there were minor hiccups sure, but nothing too crazy. But lately I am extremely unhappy with them. almost every night there seems to be an issue, I keep getting dips in my download speeds and huge spikes in latency, meaning I can't go online with friends. it's particularly bad on weekend it seems, almost every weekend I get messages saying that there's an issue regarding my fibre. tried getting help on their app, but to no avail.

Hello Shannon, we understand how frustrating unstable speeds and latency can be, especially during peak times. To improve performance, try restarting your router, using a wired connection for gaming, placing the router centrally, limiting background usage, and testing speeds directly on the line. for the last couple of weeks my network keeps dipping or lagging and losing connectivity. I'm very disappointed with the customer support,seems there isn't any. when I call I wait an hour and 10 minutes and no answer, and even the chat bot you wait for hours to be attended. I have now opted to cancel my contract. hope this wont take weeks to do either

I've got a problem with this network. since last year October till Nou, I have to chase them to switch on the network 🛜 even Nou my network is down. This is the worst network provider I've seen. even the live chat is frustrating. you inform it with the network. It asks you "how can we help you". i feel like I only pay to access the network for 15 days..
