I have been having issues since day 1... I've had extra charges on my account. There are never any available agents. The app is not working and glitching out so I can't login to even pay the account but can't get through to anyone to help. Not impressed nor happy with services.

Spend over an hour been asked what I need help with. Everytime I speak to an agent, they ask questions and then close the chat tell me about idle time when our conversation is two minutes apart. Then I need to speak to the AI bot again. when I call I hold the line for 20 with absolutely no help at all. Your service stinks all I want to do is cancel my contract.

Holding for more than 60 min now. I phoned in now had to hold for some time as well but was finally helped. matter not resolved yet.
