Although easy to use, the 4 payment installments are over 8 weeks (ie, every second week). Not many people get paid fortnightly. The "no interest added" is very good. But for something trying to help consumers with a payment plan, payments should be paid once a month in 4 installments. It's easier just to buy the desired item cash, or save up for a few weeks, and purchase without the middle man.

Very poor service. The app shows I need to verify myself, and then when I want to verify, it gives me a biometric limit reached post. All I want to do is reset my profile. I have been waiting 4 days now and still no feedback, then I have sent whatsapp's aswell and no feedback. If you call, it goes to voicemail. i really do not understand how a business can run like this?

Pointless app/service - it does not work. I bought an item using their service and selected splitting the payment up into 4. They deducted the full amount, without splitting it up. I then tried contacting their support center and have not had a word back after more than a week - I tried emailing more than once. What is the point of this if it does not do the one thing it is meant to do? Why even have a phone number if it does nothing or a customer service email if no one answers?
