I had an order that couldn't be processed, so I was refunded now its been 3 weeks of trying to get my money out of the wallet. I've emailed them multiple times, yet they keep saying it " failed " after I sent them the documents they wanted. Heads up if you buy online just know they won't give you your refund as advertised. its the annoying and frustrating. mind you I bought in November and still can't get my money back from the wallet.

PayJustNow’s service is very poor. When trying to make a purchase, the system requires full payment upfront instead of splitting the amount into three instalments as advertised. Calling their support line is unsuccessful, and messages sent through the app chat go unanswered. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I would rather recommend PayFlex, as their service works far better.

This app offers no help whatsoever. My previous bank card expired in December, and I've been trying to add a new one since then. The chat bot is always experiencing "high support volumes", emailing is met with the same response filled with unhelpful links, calling gets you placed on hold until the call is ended. All the while, everytime it tries to debit, and can't, it adds penalty fees. I want to settle this account so I can move on with my life... Somebody HELP!
