I don't even know where to start. Let me try... The contact number is a joke. I waited 6 minutes on the line with an annoying voice saying, "Please use the in-app chat," and "Please hold," consistently for 6 minutes. Then the call got dropped. The in-app chat is so silly. Your phone has to be consistently on it, otherwise it says you left the chat and kicks you out. They send you an email afterward saying there's a response, but it's too late. Guys, rather use Happy Pay. They give you two months

Your app is NOT transparent about interest rate and all associated costs as required by the NCA on 12 months account at all! You just go straight to a Debit Order Mandate...?! And then to manage it you must register with Finchoice, that is not very user friendly. And your agents in chat is nonexistent. I didn't even sign or acknowledged a quote, I just magically have an account.

I recently uploaded a payjustnow app for the first time but everytime when I try to add my new card details the message pops up in red that says we cannot process your request please contact support I gave it a week and I went back to it and tried to add my card details the same message pops up again and today I contacted their support platform to help me they gave me their email so I sent the email for help they sent me the step by step how to add my card but it's still don't allow me pls help
