I could have given it a 5 rating.. love the App,its very convenient,however I aways struggle to log in.The App always says my credentials are incorrect even after I have set a new password.Your call center is always putting me on hold.Just a small error that needs to be fixed

this is the worst app ever tried multiple times to verify myself through selfie but it says they don't recognize me like how? I sent them an email regarding the issue their team's response is nothing related to my issue now I've reset my password but when I enter the same password that I reset It says the password does not match the other is that today they were supposed to take you last installment from my bank account but it say payment hope they get this issue resolved after this it's no more

the app is always outdated, worse it always says the password or email are incorrect so each time I wanna log I need to go through process of changing passwords which is frustrating mind you am always using the same password, never change it 😕
