This is really a joke I've been using this App for a year now suddenly my online password it's in correct I've written many emails requesting assistance to reset my password till today ...I am unable to purchase online due to password reset..ive tried following the link ..same thing applies its very frustrating since their technical team can't assist also ...

Poor customer service the call centre doesn't work when you need help i have been calling for two weeks now no assistance the live chat on the app very useless I was told straight up that they are unable to assist me,no response o emails too I lost my card and blocked it and I wanted to add a new card they're system keep on declining and now the money keeps on accumulating,to anyone thinking of using this app I advice you to stay away this is a scam and a trap at the same time 😡😡

This app offers no help whatsoever. My previous bank card expired in December, and I've been trying to add a new one since then. The chat bot is always experiencing "high support volumes", emailing is met with the same response filled with unhelpful links, calling gets you placed on hold until the call is ended. All the while, everytime it tries to debit, and can't, it adds penalty fees. I want to settle this account so I can move on with my life... Somebody HELP!
