I am upset that I have to scan the discounted items before I checkout. I'm never sure I got the right price. I enjoy this feature apart from that. Why can't the cashiers scan at the register if you put those items first? Also sometimes there are too many items ( of one type) to buy to get the sale price. I love Shop Rite. I'll not shop anywhere else!!!

If you're a customer reading this make sure your account documents are in good standing [fica] I mean registered. If you using passport make sure all your documents are linked to your account otherwise the experience I had was just bad like very bad. I loaded my voucher without any issues but time to use the voucher I only to be locked out. I wasn't able to login to the app. I wasted my airtime trying to get it resolved but nothing happened with my airtime of almost 50 gone now waiting 7days

I am very disappointed with Shoprite, I opened a money market in January at the store and on the app however I couldn't because it says there was an issue on my profile apparently cell number is different. it's shocking to me as I never open Shoprite money market account and I didn't know it exist. I sent several emails and all the necessary information however no response. Someone called 2 weeks back and told me the problem is the cell number she will escalate to the relevant department.
