Ratings and reviews

The developers really need to focus on fixing the bugs. When trying to select another store it takes forever. When viewing the specials you get to a certain point and then it automatically jumps to the start again, like there's a glitch. It really makes this app frustrating and why not work on a driver tracker as well, because when you receive the notification your order is around the corner you only receive it 30 minutes later. This is really a bad app.

I buy an item that is available on the app. My order gets shopped and when I receive a notification saying that my order is being delivered to me, the item is all of a sudden not available. Sometimes, the alternative is not available either. WHY HAVE IT ON THE APP IF IT'S NOT AVAILABLE!?! Just an absolutely horrible app in my opinion. The shops too!

Desperate to make an order but the app is always glitchy so I abandon it and go back to Checkers 60/60. Everything I tap gives error messages, the screen jumps, and when I eventually get the things I need, it refuses to take me to checkout. So disappointing. Trying to call Support but tapping on the number gives another error message. Then manually entering the number just tells me that Customer Support is not available. Really, Spar, if you want to be competitive, you have to do better. 😡

What’s new

In version 2.8.6, we’ve introduced an important update to strengthen your account security. After entering your OTP during login, you’ll be prompted to confirm your date of birth. Once verified, you won’t need to enter it again on the same device.
