Ratings and reviews

I had a TERRIBLE experience when I ordered on the app. After paying for my order, I was told that the order could not be fulfilled for a reason that didn't even make sense (they could not communicate with me). This makes no sense because I have ordered from Debonairs in the past. Anyways, they were supposed to process the refund within 5 to 7 working days, but NO refund was made after the 5 to 7 day period.

This app is useless. I've used it twice now and on both occasions the payment was deducted from my account but the orders never went through.

i wasted an hour, waiting for an order that was accepted by the restaurant. it was running to two hours and the app suddenly cancelled the order. wasted my time
