Most pathetic app I have ever experienced, most of time it work as it is expected. It won't even give option to enter promo code. Not sure why it is charging convenient fee for date change as well.

I'm unable to retrieve my booking details even after entering pnr nd email id..I think it is having some technical issue kindly look after those problems.

Worst airline..never book tickets I booked my ticket three months in advance for my upcoming journey, carefully planning my travel schedule to suit my timing, budget, and other travel arrangements. However, I was disappointed to receive a notification of the rescheduling of my flight, leaving me with no alternative flight options at the same time. After that also on their website they are booking tickets on the previous time. big fraud they are.
