This app has done fraud with Me. I ha e purchased the samsung care plus plan before purchasing it was showing my device was eligible as it's only been 18 days I have purchased my device .It went through all the test and diagonis and asked for payment.and after doing payment its suddenly Start popping that sorry your device is not eligible .I have done 6999 rs of payment and now I loose my money. I did a mistake.. Samsung kindly refund my money asap.

I am not able to login to the app, can't even check my care + warranty. Please fix issue. When I tap on get OTP, it shows internal error, reboot the device, Please provide permission to continue. So rebooted the device and gave all permission, still it doesn't let me login. Please fix this issue asap.

My Samsung Galaxy very important to me and the fact that the on data entry was addressed in accounts of the place of the lines of data. Another way of doing this is for me.
