poor audio, everyone had technical issues. connecting to webinar is VERY DIFFICULT AND CONFUSING. Had there been an alternate choice it would have Made for a better session. Zoom is 1000 times more friendly and hassle free. I suggest developers of this app use a zoom session or sessions to see how the platform can be useful. very poor operating app for any organization let alone a State Court.

I have only used on my phone and so this may not be a problem otherwise but when a phone call comes in and I am speaking on the app the others can't hear me. Otherwise I like the app. I am in a group which someone else moderates so haven't explored all of the possibilities but what is nice is the breakout groups that can happen.

I found WebEx to be very useful and easy to use. This application made it very convenient for meeting remotely and connecting seamlessly with other peers in my support group. I highly recommend this application for people that need to connect in a group setting when travelling to one location is inconvenient due to time or distance constraints. I literally downloaded the app and was able to connect within two minutes allowing the flexibility to meet virtually while fullfilling my obligations
